I began my professional career in 1994 in the automotive industry in the United States as a sales representative. Having no prior background in the field, I was surprised by the enthusiasm and passion I quickly developed for both the industry and the sales profession.
Driven by a genuine passion for people, I achieved, within four years, the distinction of becoming Volvo’s No. 1 Sales Representative Worldwide and was honored at the brand’s museum in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1998.
In 1999, I took charge of the pre-owned vehicle department of a dealership in Pennsylvania, where I developed expertise in team management, business operations, and vehicle auction sales.
Shortly thereafter, I transitioned into the world of training and consulting within the automotive industry in the United States. My background in neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy gave me a deeper understanding of human behavior and became a valuable asset in designing the many training programs I teach today.
Since returning to Morocco in 2007, I have had the privilege of pursuing my passions as a speaker, motivational speaker, and trainer, working with numerous local and international organizations across a wide variety of industries:
